Mission, Vision & Core Value
Empower Through Sport
To provide underprivileged youth with access to quality sports programmes, coaching, and resources empowering them to reach their full potential both on and off the field. We nurture athletic talent while building life skills, discipline, and the confidence to succeed.
Future Champions
To create a generation of empowered Tanzanian and African youth equipped with the skills and knowledge to become leaders in their communities and beyond. A world where every athlete regardless of background has access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.
Holistic Development
We provide comprehensive training that emphasises skill development, physical fitness, and mental toughness. We work closely with communities to identify and address the unique challenges faced by young people in Tanzania, building pathways into formal athletics and employment.
Our Programmes
Through our programmes we strive to provide youth with comprehensive support including access to training, equipment, mentoring, and competition so every athlete can reach their full potential
Elite Running & Track Training
Personal training with a professional coach covering all types of cardio and strength training. Sessions are designed around each athlete’s health, fitness level, and competitive goals from community runners to future national champions.

Youth Education Support
Addressing the root cause poverty preventing school attendance. The Foundation provides stationery, school clothing, shoes, and mentoring for youth in Mampando and surrounding communities, keeping children in school and building a foundation for lifelong success.

Local & National Competitions
